The holidays are approaching! I love how inspirational Instagram can be, especially when holidlays roll around! I’ve teamed up with some amazing designers/bloggers for a fun decor challenge on Instagram that’s sure to fill you up with fun ideas as you roll out the ornament bins and hang your stockings by the chimney with care:) I love this time of year. Because truly, no matter what holiday you celebrate, the winter months evoke a certain warmth that kind of soften the edges of our day-to-day. And the decor around the house totally adds to that feeling! This decor challenge is a great way to get your photo/account featured. If you want to play along, follow the hosts below, and check in each Sunday to hear what the theme is. This week’s theme is “Sweet memory from Christmas past.” We understand not everyone has their holiday decor up just yet, seeing as how Thanksgiving is this week! So let’s kick off this awesome challenge with photos from previous years! Share them on Instagram with the hashtag #ISpyDesignSeries. We’ll choose one photo to share on all seven of our IG accounts each Wednesday. The best part is, at the end of this series, we’ll be giving away a $150 Pottery Barn Gift Card to one luck player! Perfect timing for holiday shopping! We all know we could do a little damage in that store:) With this week’s theme being “Sweet memory from Christmas past,” we’d love to see either your sentimental photos, or photos of past decor. Here are your awesome hosts to follow. They’ve become dear friends and each of their beautiful homes inspire me in different ways. They’re all ones to follow!
Debi at Blount Designs –INSTAGRAM – Debi doesn’t have a blog, but her Instagram feed is full of stunning squares that are a feast for the eyes!
Bree at Z Design At Home – WEBSITE – INSTAGRAM – Bree also doesn’t blog, but she is a seriously talented designer in Texas and I love her style! How cute is her pic from Christmas past? Look how her dog is staring at her son? I love it!
This is me! Haneen at Haneen’s Haven – INSTAGRAM -Sadly, I couldn’t really find any high quality photos from Christmas past! I did like this close up shot below of the centerpiece on our kitchen table from a NYE party with threw a few years ago, but there’s dirty cups and plates and a 7Up bottle in the background! LOL!
Then of course there’s this sweet pic of all the damage Christmas morning with my sweet little cutie pie that could barely sit up on his own just chilling amongst the mess! I love it!
Have a fabulous week, everyone! And a Happy Thanksgiving! I hope you’ll follow along with this challenge on Instagram to get inspired for upcoming decorating. Please stay tuned for a full Christmas Home Tour of mine coming to the blog soon! Here’s a sneak peek…
