Good morning, friends! If you’re hopping over from Yellow Prairie Interiors, welcome!! So excited for today’s tour, hosted by my friend Chris from Just A Girl. A crazy talented group of ladies are sharing their entries/foyers today! It’s my final holiday tour of the season, and I’ve been anxious to wrap up the tours and get some inspiration out there as you’re decorating your own homes. If you’re new here, I’m Haneen- stay at home mom of four with an art degree, pouring creative energy into our home as I raise my kiddos. If you’d like to see tour #1 where I share my home office and a wee bit of my laundry room, click HERE. If you’d like to see tour #2 with a look at my family room and dining room, click HERE.
I have three Christmas trees this pharmacy online uk viagra year, and the one in our entry is my favorite!
This is very similar to what I did last year, but I raised the tree by propping it on a vintage trunk. Easy way to give it a bigger presence! Also, I’ve been using my thrifted green books everywhere, and one place I couldn’t resist was by this tree as an easy way to hide the cord. And my idea of a tree skirt here was covering the base with puffy pillow filler:) Almost looks like a cloud of sorts!
The best addition to this year’s foyer tree though, is this super fun sled I found at Home Goods!
I mean, what a festive touch! Kids will love coming down to their gifts piled in here!
The topper…
Don’t get me started on how we only have two candy canes on the steps. Three is always a better grouping, which we had, but when I got them out this year, I left them unattended before I got them up, and my three year old decided to use one as a light saber and it broke:( To make matters worse, I went to Hobby Lobby not only to replace it, but also to buy a bunch more because I thought this would be way more impactful and fun if they ran all the way up the stairs, but there were none left. Boo hoo!
When you walk in our front door, the living room is to the right. Here’s a look at the foyer from that room…
That fun little tree is from Anthropologie, and the same friend that gifted it to me, is the friend that made all of the sweet handmade ornaments on it. Every year she makes personalized ornaments and gives them out at her Christmas parties. Awesome friend, right?
Before I say goodbye, thought I’d show you a few shots from my other tours…
