Friends! It’s been a bit since I’ve done a blog post! Summer is always so busy (in the best way!) June included a trip to Naples, Florida with my older two daughters, July was a trip to Northern Michigan with my husband’s family, and August was a quick Chicago trip with my husband and kids. This month is always filled with prepping for back to school/college. It’s been fun! You know me, I’m so excited for fall decorating! But, summer was a great time to squeeze in a small project!

We did this powder bathroom a few years ago- it actually used to look like this:
Way before…
It’s come a long way! It was in a good place, but I really wanted to elevate it a bit. I thought we could take a step up from your basic arch mirror, and I wanted an upgrade to our faucet, towel holder, and cabinet hardware. This was an easy project thanks to Ferguson Home!
This mirror from James Martin Vanities is so lovely! The detail in the carving is really beautiful and it really took the bathroom vibes from basic to classy. I love the scale of it! It’s a whopping 41″ tall, so it makes a grand statement and gives a little more “wow” when you walk in.
I love a good juxtaposition! And this modern, sleek faucet from Signature Hardware looks so good with the more traditional mirror. It’s in the brushed gold finish, and the handles are so cool!
Another Signature Hardware piece in brushed gold. This towel ring was a classic choice and it looks beautiful!
One last piece to tie it all together were these cool knobs! from Signature Hardware! Again, I love the mix of gold with the wood of the mirror.
